Summer Wellbeing Mini Pilates Retreat for Women

Do you need time, and space to switch off from looking after everyone you care about?

Would you like to have a space to be supported and guided with time and attention just for you?  No need to worry about anyone else, but have a time and place to nurture you?

Start your summer health and wellness with my summer wellbeing retreat, a place for movement, rejuvenation and rest in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of the Garden Rooms, Newton Meadows in Shropshire where if we have a beautiful garden to walk around and rest, a terrace to sit outside and eat and beautiful views of Shropshire to admire.  Come by yourself and meet new people or come with your friends.

The sessions are centred on

Roll, release, stretch - release and smooth out aching muscles, take the strains of the week away feel longer and taller and better posture, goodbye text neck!

Pilates - energise and realign your body

Coffee and Healthy Snacks and time to explore the grounds

Breathe, rest,  learn how to breathe deeply and rest mind body relaxation techniques for female health and wellbeing

My retreat has limited places to make the event intimate for everyone.

You will need to bring your own Pilates mat.
