4 Week Beginners Pilates Fundamentals Semi Private Course taught in person with livestream additions in Birmingham City Centre, Thursdays 6.15pm-7.10pm

Come and learn the fundamentals of Pilates and understand what this fantastic method is about and how it can help you lessen those daily aches and pains, improve your posture and strengthen and mobilise parts of your body to bring yourself into balance.
This course is suitable for beginners and those who have never encountered Pilates in a very gentle, mindful, somatic way. Please have a look at my Pilates page to discover more.
The semi-private class has the advantage of additional support from the Virtual Studio and an initial short consultation virtually with me before you begin.
In addition, if you have a reason to be away for example, being on holiday or are called away to work you can join me virtually in my Virtual Livestreamed Class instead. So there are never any excuses not to do your practice!
You have to be currently uninjured to attend this class and not working with a medical professional, or have gained clearance from them to allow you to work with me.
If you have an injury you would need to take private sessions with me beforehand so I can understand your issues, everybody is different so the best thing to do is contact me for advice.
If you have osteoporosis or a bone density issue you need to contact me beforehand as there is a different option that may be much more suitable for your needs.
