Start your autumn health and wellness with my autumn wellbeing retreat, a place for movement, rejuvenation and rest in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of the Garden Rooms, Newton Meadows in Shropshire where we have a beautiful garden to walk around and rest, a terrace to sit outside, cosy log burner to keep us warm and eat and beautiful views of Shropshire to admire. Come by yourself and meet new people or come with your friends.

The sessions are centred on
Somatic movement of the Franklin Method
Somatic breathwork, using the Franklin Method balls and imagery, movement and self touch
Somatic Pilates which is deeply restful and a different approach to Pilates and a world away from fitness, but focusing on the principles of Pilates and health.
Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Healthy Snacks, time to explore the grounds and wind down
Breathe, rest, learn how to breathe deeply and rest mind body relaxation techniques for female health and wellbeing
My retreat has limited places to make the event intimate for everyone.

You will need to bring your own Pilates mat and a blanket and layers and a coat as we may go outside for some of our practice (weather dependant) Supportive shoes are important if you are wanting to go outside on a walk! Bring your own journal too.
This is suitable for people interested in somatic mind body movement.
