Monday | 9:30 AM GMT UK time: The Alignment Reset Start your week with a grounded, neurologically-primed body.
Friday | 9:00 AM GMT UK time: The Deep Dive (75 mins) The signature session. Movement followed by a 20-minute somatic discussion. This is where we break down the science of embodiment and answer your specific questions.
