Buff Bones® is a wonderful movement system that is designed to help your bones and joints stay healthy for life and in America it has been medically endorsed by their Surgeon General. Improve your balance skills, to prevent trips and falls, and protect your bones and joints to keep them healthy for life and for living! A somatic movement system, it really helps you understand and feel your body and produce healthy movement and movement that supports you with everyday life. It is also safe for those with bone density issues and much more effective than standard Pilates programming because it targets the needs of those with bone density issues, and it really is at the cutting edge of movement and developments in the science of movement. It is also incredibly empowering and joyful and those I have taught it to find it really improves their confidence. Provided you are able to get up and down from the floor unaided this is a course that should be appropriate for you! Read more about it! My classes are semi private and the Buff Bones® course only has 6 members in each group, forming supportive and friendly communities.
