So take a deeper breath...

And enter a light world of expansion, elasticity and endless potential and support.

But what does it feel like to embody your lungs?

Why are they so important for our breath, energy and movement?

Have you heard the cue "take a deep breath in"?  How do you do that?

Do you expand your ribcage but still feel stuck?

Does your breathing feel tight, gripped or blocked?

Do you often feel off centre, stressed and tired?

And what does that do to your movement?

If you are able to access and understand your function you will improve your function.

Accessing movement inside the organs which feels very different to moving from bones, joints or muscles. Learn what moving from the organs feels like and develop authenticity in your movement and hone your felt sense.

Our organs are internal joints that interact with our internal environment. In doing so, you not only start to free movement in your torso, but also can experience global effects throughout the body, and a deeper sense of calm and wellbeing.
