“I have been practising Franklin Method® now for several weeks in class and at home. I have found it has helped my dancing so much, and this week my dance teacher has remarked how much longer my legs look.”

Summer 2022 on livestream.

Happier, Healthier and More Confident in Dance

Come and find out how to optimise your body in terms of how it moves, as well as developing something called the felt sense to improve your dancing, but more importantly of all, help you really fall in love with your movement!

There is a course called Your Perfect Plié which really does teach you to get to grips with the fundamentals of this movement but loads more! If you have ever had trouble with your turnout, jumping, floor landings, hurting knees or back or problems with your feet this is the one for you!

And there are a series of classes covering different topics dancers need, such as effortless arms, articulation and comfort in the spine, inner calm and focus, and expressive performance skills.

Or come and boot camp your summer and work with me on all of these and join me for somatic Pilates and change the way you feel for the better over the summer!

I’m currently finalising details so join my list to discover more!

Come and work with me, one of the few Advanced Franklin Method® Educators in the world who teaches Franklin Method® for dancers, and who has a wealth of experience of seeing the wonderful world of dance from so many perspectives. As a Dance UK Healthcare Practitioner I advocate for and champion healthy dance and my aim is to offer you so many different tools so you can help yourself!

I’m also travelling over the summer delivering some elements of these courses to schools live. So if you are interested in this kind of offering do get in touch!
