Somatic Pilates In Person Shrewsbury

This class is a semi private class where you have lots of individual attention and space to explore Pilates.
It is taught in a somatic way where the focus is on sensation and exploring movement with nuance and detail to ensure that the movement you create is healthy, holisitic and embodied.
You must be able to get up and down from the floor unaided
Starts 12 Janaury and the class is bought as a block of classes - no drop ins. I understand that sometimes a class might be missed for holidays, events or if clients are unwell. The package is an investment in the ongoing process of working with your unique body, much like a gym membership, but with personalisation, the added depth of my specialist training, and experience supporting you as a whole person.
If you have a previous or current injury or issue with your spine or bone density it may be necessary to work with you 1:1 first before joining class.
If you are working with a medical professional I will need clearance from them first.
If you are over 65 you must always check your GP is happy before commencing and exercise programme.
