This immersive is for you if…
🌞 You’re a Pilates teacher, yoga instructor, or dance professional wanting to deepen your understanding of the body from the inside out. Or you may be curious about movement and exploring how it works, or what somatic movement or the Franklin Method® is - we learn by doing and embodying our anatomy. You can’t read about it in a book, you have to move and feel.
🌞 You’re curious about how the pelvic floor truly functions in movement and breath - we go beyond just engage your core / pelvic floor.
🌞 You’re looking for practical, science-informed ways to release tension and improve alignment using the Franklin Method’s principles of dynamic alignment.
🌞 You want to explore calm, regulation, and nervous system health, especially through breath and the vagus nerve.
🌞 You’d like a grounded, experiential afternoon to connect with your own body, in a small, supportive group setting and safe space and like to leave with strategies for a tension free body and ability to move with freedom and ease.
🌞 You’re someone who values intelligent movement, nervous system awareness, and gentle strength.
🌞 Or, you're a curious mover or teacher in training, looking for tools to support your clients and your own wellbeing.
🌞 You don’t need to be a dancer or an anatomy expert — just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Perfect for:
🌞 Pilates teachers • Yoga & dance educators • Movement professionals • Somatic practitioners • Curious bodies

S.T. Movement Professional, Somatic Repatterning using Franklin Method®
Her enthusiasm and passion for sharing her knowledge of anatomy, coupled with her deep experiential understanding of the subtle rhythms of the body result in engaging classes; while her creativity in explaining these ideas and capacity to bring them into an embodied experience make the learning experientially-informed.
I’m so impressed by her own capacity for embodiment and her passion for sharing this with others, in which gentle attention and curiosity results in movement that’s joyful and pleasurable. By the end of her sessions I feel relaxed and delighted by the potential of my body as a place of rejuvenation and power.
