Following the sold-out success of my Edinburgh immersive, I’m thrilled to bring the transformative Franklin Method® experience to the historical, medieval city of York, a city which to me is my second home. Early booking is strongly advised - spaces in all of my immersives are intentionally limited to maintain depth, connection, and personalised attention.
Join me for a deeply embodied, experiential morning of exploration through the Franklin Method® - a practical, science-led somatic approach to improving movement, posture, and wellbeing through imagery, anatomy, biomechanics, and somatic awareness in movement and breath.
In this immersive workshop, you will explore:
• The power of the mind–body connection - learn how dynamic imagery and embodiment produce ease, calm, and precision in movement.
• Discover and balance your dynamic pelvic floor in movement and breath - explore its vital role in supporting the spine, posture, emotional wellbeing, and how movement, breathing, thoughts and imagery influence pelvic health, as well as how the pelvic floor links to other structures and connections in the body, such as the foot, lower back, diaphragm and jaw!
Perfect for movement professionals and curious movers:
Whether you’re a Pilates teacher, yoga instructor, dancer, or somatic educator, or simply curious about the intelligence of the moving body, you’ll leave with embodied understanding and practical tools to use immediately in your teaching, practice, or daily life.
This small-group format offers space for questions, exploration, and personalised guidance. My teaching draws on years of cross-disciplinary experience - from professional dancers to first-time movers - integrating Franklin Method®, Comprehensive Pilates, dance, and polyvagal-informed somatic practice.
🌿 This immersive is for you if:
• You’re a movement or Pilates teacher wanting to deepen your understanding of anatomy from the inside out.
• You’re curious about the true function of the pelvic floor in movement and breath - far beyond “engage your core.”
• You want practical, science-informed ways to release tension and refine alignment through Franklin Method® principles of dynamic imagery.
• You’re drawn to nervous system health, regulation, and breathwork as part of intelligent movement and want to discover how the pelvic floor fits into this jigsaw.
• You value embodied, grounded exploration in a safe, supportive space.
• You want to reconnect with your own vitality and help your clients move with greater ease, awareness, and freedom.
Are you curious to breathe, move, feel and embody your pelvic floor with curiosity to see how it can help you?
🌸 Ideal for:
Curious movers and embodied professionals • Pilates teachers • Yoga & dance educators • Somatic practitioners • Franklin Method® enthusiasts
“I attended your pelvic floor workshop about a month ago, and I wanted to thank you again. It was truly eye-opening for me, and I deeply value everything I learned. I can honestly say that the embodied approach you teach feels like something my body needs and deserves - especially after years of pushing my body and dealing with pudendal nerve inflammation a little over two years ago”.

What my Franklin Method® Immersive Clients have to say about working with me
“Personally, I valued the space and the small group which created a very personal experience with a clear connection to the other participants, whose stories were very powerful. I loved the softness of the approach and the connection to the beautiful and powerful act of breathing and how breath connects to all systems of the body (the soma) including physical, emotional and spiritual. Breath is apparently such a simple act and yet such a beautiful act of self care and healing which can easily be incorporated into daily life and practice. ”
A.G., Medical & Movement Professional (Pilates)
“I experienced your demonstration in “Tuning Into the Senses” and was enchanted. Something just ‘clicked’ and ‘made sense’ to me. I felt this cloud of trust envelope me and felt a confidence I’ve not known before. Once again, thank you so very much!”
E.F., Franklin Method® Participant Franklin Method® International Livestream
“Sarah is a beautiful teacher whose attention to detail and expertise have enabled me to deepen my understanding of my own movement patterns. Her use of language to connect with the body is exceptional and her sessions have been both uplifting and inspiring.
With thanks again for your wonderful sessions!”
